Transmission anTiVirus, curated by metochè, is the second event in the DIVERSIONS series organised by Parsec. Guido Segni, Alessandro Giannetti, Tatiana Bazzichelli will be involved and three videos by Giacomo Verde will be screened.
“Technology must be a means that amplifies contact, real time, and not a cage that dictates immutable rules and rhythms”.
This snippet of a few words spoken by Giacomo Verde in 2015 can perhaps be understood more broadly and used to introduce his hacker, alternative and deviant approach to art. Between video, performance and technology, deviation from the rules is in fact the topic that Metoché has chosen for the multimedia chat that will make up the second appointment of the Diversions exhibition.
Together with the artists Guido Segni, Alessandro Giannetti and in videoconference with the curator Tatiana Bazzichelli, founder and director of Disruption Network Lab, we will have a chat based on three short videos by Giacomo Verde that will be broadcast during the evening.
