Green Screen – film and ecology
May to September 2024
Green Screen – film and ecology is a project curated by Parsec, in collaboration with Circolo DEV, FARM Association and Regaz dei Fava.
Seven events are planned, from May to September, at green areas in the Porto-Saragozza neighborhood: DEV Garden – Giardino del Cavaticcio, Giardino Fava, and September 11, 2001 Park.
“A number of artistic and activist practices are already providing proposals that insist on embedding experimental visual culture within collaborative social movements that underpin climate justice. They do so to promote creative forms of life, combining survival with cultural resilience, indigenous sovereignty, multispecies composition, (…) ecological sustainability.” T.J. Demos
