15:30 โ€“ Open Laboratoria
18:30 โ€“ Collective sharing

The Centro delle Donne in Bologna will be temporarily transformed into a kitchen-laboratory for experimenting with edible materials, scanners, recorders, Arduinos, contact microphones, projectors, endoscopic cameras, and anything participants wish to bring and share. We work with liquid technologies: plastic extruders, non-Newtonian fluids, DIY slime, puddings, skincare products. We attempt to create spreadable, edible, sonifiable technologies.

Participants are welcome to develop their own speculations through any medium: performance, video, sculpture, soundโ€”which will be shared in a public presentation at Parsec during the final evening of the Laboratoria.

The Gelatineria is vegan and anti-speciesist!
Participation is free (maximum 15 people).

Laboratoria is a non-periodic cyberfem lab cared for by Beatrice Sartori and Joy Pepe, together with all the people they meet and share knowledge with. Laboratoria is nomadic, rooted in feminist new materialisms, art-science, DIY practices, and the deconstruction and hacking of technologies and new media.

It is open to artisans, artists, researchers, shell collectors, and anyone interested in collective and sensorial practices.
