Duration
Parsec association members can camp in the camping area from 4pm on Friday, September 4th to 10am on Monday, September 7th.

Check-in
To access the camping area you need to check in and collect your pass at the infopoint in Piazza Marconi 1, open at the following times:

  • Friday, September 4th: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Saturday, September 5th: 1:00pm – 3:00pm / 5:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Sunday, September 6th: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Check-out
On Monday, September 7th you must leave the area by 10:00am at the latest. Bathrooms may be used until 9:00am.
A small area for camper vans is also available, with limited spaces.

Services and information for good cohabitation

  • Bathrooms are reachable on foot, 100 metres (2 min) from the camping area; further bathrooms, sinks, power outlets and hot showers are reachable on foot, 300 metres (5 min) from the camping area
  • No electricity is provided in the camping area
  • Glass is not allowed
  • Lighting fires or using gas stoves is strictly forbidden
  • Before bringing your animals, consider whether this is the right place for them. Please keep in mind that the venue will host: many people, music, limited space, and the possibility of unwanted interactions. It’s up to you to judge whether this place is suitable for them.
  • Everyone is responsible for keeping the area clean, not damaging the environment, and respecting one another.

REMEMBER: the camping area is unsupervised, so it is strongly advised not to leave personal and/or valuable items unattended.

The camping area is a self-managed space run by Parsec and shared by everyone attending the festival. We ask everyone to inhabit it with respect and care, looking after the spaces, the facilities, and the people sharing them.

PARSEC RECOMMENDS
Bring with you:

  • TENT
  • SLEEPING MAT
  • SLEEPING BAG / BLANKET
  • LAYERED CLOTHING, plus a few warmer items and anything you need to rest comfortably and stay warm

Remember we’re in the mountains — come prepared!

  • TORCH/FLASHLIGHT – the area won’t be fully lit
  • POWER BANK
  • WATER BOTTLE
  • RAINCOAT / WINDBREAKER

BUT WHAT IF IT RAINS?
DON’T PANIC!

  • In case of light rain, we’ll stay within the campsite. Come prepared and bring everything you need to camp safely regardless.
  • In case of severe bad weather, we’ll move inside the Palazzetto dello Sport (sports hall) in Castiglione dei Pepoli, where you’ll be able to sleep using your mats and sleeping bags.
