The CRIT appointment returns on April 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. with Orecchie d’Asino.
The CRIT is a moment in which the artist opens up to a collective critique and discussion with the audience in the space who, by observing the work, will be able to express their point of view, building an opportunity for shared analysis. Each CRIT is open to all and has a duration of 45 minutes, structured in a first part in which the artist cannot intervene in the discussion but merely listens, and in a second part in which they can participate actively instead.
Orecchie D’Asino is formed by Ornella De Carlo and Federica Porro. Their shared practice began during their studies in Contemporary Image at FMAV in Modena. Orecchie D’Asino has participated in several residencies, festivals (Sifest OFF, Cineot, Divato, Cotonfioc Festival) and exhibited in multiple group shows (Baco, Collettivo Flock, Palazzo del Governatore in Parma, MLZ Art Dep, Spazioottantuno). In 2020 they get a special mention from the jury at the Francesco Fabbri Prize, contemporary photography section; in the same year they are finalists for the Combact Prize. In 2021 they won the Bologna Cultura call for projects QUATTROCCHI.
