COMMUNITY LUNCH and PRESENTATION OF THE CREATIVE LANDSCAPES TOOLKIT
Friday 4 September, 1 pm
Centro Sociale Culturale Ricreativo Castiglionese – Castiglione dei Pepoli

During the lunch that opens the festival, the Toolkit for Transformative Learning: Art, Ecology & Community will be presented, developed as part of the European project Creative Landscapes. The publication brings together methodologies, tools and participatory practices dedicated to the relationship between art, ecology and community, which will form the methodological framework for the workshops curated by Parsec within the Community Lab promoted by @boschilla, the participatory research pathway that will begin in Castiglione dei Pepoli in the autumn months.

Creative Landscapes is a European Erasmus+ project developed by Parsec (Italy) and @miskouostas (Lithuania), which brings together art, ecology and education to experiment with new models of learning and participation in rural areas. Through artist residencies, training pathways, workshops and public programmes, the project promotes sustainable cultural practices, valuing territories as places of research, collaboration and collective transformation. Aimed at artists, cultural practitioners, educators and local communities, Creative Landscapes develops replicable tools and methodologies to foster dialogue between people, environment and culture, helping to build international networks and new forms of community engagement through art.
