Francesca Rinaldi, winner of the Parsec Residency / Art & Ecology program, presents the exhibition that concludes her four-month research residency at Parsec.
With Stagnant Creature Droplet, Rinaldi draws from the observation and study of the organic world, focusing on everything that is imbued with life and has the capacity to transform and undergo metamorphosis. The result is a single site-specific work: an organism made of vibrant matter that aims to break the codes of what can or must be, redefining the existing roles among different living beings.

Francesca Rinaldi trained in Naples, where she graduated in Painting in 2022. She is currently attending the MA in Painting – Visual Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. She primarily works with sculpture and drawing.
In 2023, she took part in the exhibition Keramikos at Car Gallery. In 2024, her ceramics were featured in the exhibition Interferenze at Sof:Art. That same year, she participated in the group show Kaugummi im Motherboard 2.0 at Erratum Gallery in Berlin.
